About Us

Lee is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the company.   As a Certified Public Accountant with over ten years of experience in public accounting and as CFO of a large real estate development firm, he has developed a well rounded background.  His services include individual and business tax planning and preparation, audit and other attestation services, general business consulting, as well as developing financial plans for individual clients and their families.  Lee has a broad background of industry experience including construction, real estate, professional services, health care, retail, light manufacturing and nonprofit organizations.

Lee is the current President for the Cape Fear Chapter of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.  He has been a past Treasurer of the Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.  He is a member of both the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Lee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters of Science degree in Accounting from The Cameron School of Business at The University of North Carolina at Wilmington. His North Carolina CPA license number is 28283.

Tamara Long 
Accounting Solutions Manager

As Accounting Solutions Manager, Tamara's responsibilities include implementation of new accounting software and resources for new and existing clients. Her role is to oversee and act as a liaison between our clients and our accounting/bookkeeping staff as well as to train each on more efficient accounting processes. Tamara works closely with the Senior Tax Advisors in the firm to develop custom schedules and reports to meet each of our business clients' needs.

Tamara received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Cameron School of Business at The University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2000. She has worked as head of the accounting departments for two residential homebuilders and is experienced in job cost accounting. Her bookkeeping industry experience includes: general & skilled-trade contractors, insurance agents, beauty salons, real estate brokers and investors, and direct sales consultants. She is a former Notary Public and has held Property & Liability, Life, Health, Disability, Medicare-Supplement, and Long-Term Care insurance licenses for 10+ years.
